We are excited to be working on behalf of a client with an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support their well established team. The business is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. This will be a temporary permanent opportunity so please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Setting up new customers and suppliers
* investigate and resolve supplier invoice queries
* Matching up supplier deliveries and invoices
* Dealing with any delivery schedules and notes
* Invoice processing
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Support month-end and year-end processes
* Ensure all invoices are processed
* Ensure queries are resolved to facilitate accurate financial reporting
* Credit control duties
* Produce sales and purchase month end reports using Excel
* Any other General Admin duties as and when required
Eligibility Criteria:
* Min 2+ years experience working as part of a busy finance team
* Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers
* Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages
* Processing high volume of invoices & Queries
* High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
* Have strong communication and organisational skills,
* Have ability to work effectively under pressure
* Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
* Strong planning and time management
* Good numeracy skills
* Must have a Keen eye for detail
Office hours are Monday Friday 8.30am 16.30pm
Pay Rate £13.00 Per hour
