Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for supporting people and driving positive change? We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing client who are looking for a Permanent HR Advisor to join their small, values-led team, where your expertise will directly contribute to organisational success and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including grievances, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and templates in line with current legislation.
* Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
* Promote health, wellbeing, and attendance initiatives across the organisation.
* Deliver training and advice to staff and leadership teams on best HR practices.
* Uphold confidentiality and data protection in all HR activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience advising on employment law, employee relations, and HR policy.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
This role is paying up to £46,000 per annum, with an enhanced pension and competitive benefits. The role is fully office based on the outskirts of Bath and will require ad-hoc travel to other sites.
