Responsibilities: Here's a snapshot of what your journey with us entails:
* Managing large corporate bookings from initial enquiry through to post
event follow up, with the ability to also support with other segmentation
such as golf, weddings, social events and group bookings.
* Forecast group sleeping rooms and event revenue (catering and audio-visual) for
his/her and the teams groups.
* Responsible
for working with SEM to create, understand and achieve team goals and
bonus plans.
* Financial
management skills e.g. ability to understand P&L statements, invoicing
process, forecasting and scheduling.
* Manage revenue, hotel inventory and profitability associated with events.
* Responsible
for ensuring team and individual booking forecast accuracy.
* Responsible
for Data integrity of hotel bookings.
* Develop,
implement and maintain a departmental orientation program for associates
to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their
job. Responsible for training all new hires.
* Knowledge
of other job roles within the office, to be able to assist in case of absence.
Including golf, social and corporate business.

* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
* Complete safety training and certifications.
