As a Team Leader, you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for managing shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering great availability for your customers.
* Helping to drive sales by actively promoting our offers.
* Completing all actions set by your line manager.
* Supporting and working with the Talking Shop Rep.
* Creating an inclusive culture where everyone can excel.
* Sharing knowledge and supporting team development.
Doing the right processes and doing them right:
* Completing actions from daily floor walks focused on customer experience.
* Providing excellent service both in-store and at the doorstep.
* Following cash handling and security policies.
* Implementing all “One Best Way” digital processes.
Leadership:
Your leadership should focus on:
* Being approachable to customers.
* Respecting colleagues.
* Working enthusiastically with the team.
* Taking action to reduce waste.
* Being considerate of the business and colleagues.
Required skills & experience:
* Retail management or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
* Effective communication with colleagues.
* Planning and organizing shifts efficiently.
* Providing constructive feedback.
* Leading by example to achieve store goals.

Additional Information: Two roles available—16 and 24 hours a week, with potential for full-time in the future. Must be fully flexible, capable of managing a team, meeting objectives, and opening or closing the store. This is a retail progression role.
