About the Role
We are looking for someone who loves recruitment but is looking to take a sidestep from a 360 role into a sales support position. We have an organic growth model at g2 and all consultants are hired as trainee’s so developing new starters as quickly as possible is a key part to our success and growth. We believe in a blended learning approach so the role will be a mix of deskside and classroom training and you will have plenty of support from a high achieving team to guide you in your new position. Responsibilities
* Delivering a variety of sales training programmes for new starters.
* Deliver recruitment systems training across all applications (CRM, LinkedIn, JobBoards, MI Reporting).
* Work closely with managers within the business to ensure that key stakeholder relationships are built, developed, and maintained.
* Ensure training records are logged and kept up to date.
* Conduct 1:1 training using a variety of training & coaching techniques.
* Providing prompt feedback to managers on how their teams are performing and what they can do to support them.
* Track and monitor progress of people’s development to ensure effectiveness of training.
* Co-ordinating and manage the logistics of all training.
* Design and update training sessions.
Qualifications
* Experience within 360 recruitment position.
* Able to travel to different offices on a weekly basis.
* Interested in building a career within L&D.
* Diligent and organised.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Speaking a language French/Dutch/German.
* Experience recruiting in EU markets.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary 32-39k + 10% performance bonus upon completion of probation.
