Permanent Role
Must hold a Full Manual UK Drivers Licence and pass a Full Enhanced DBS check (including police vetting).
Work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend and out‑of‑hours engagements; some assignments may require travelling away from home during weekdays.

* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Literacy in IT (Microsoft Office)
* Access to a laptop/tablet/computer once a week to download reports
* Willingness to work in various environments (schools, hospitals, hotels, universities, etc.)
* Compliance with current uniform standards, ensuring the company uniform is always worn correctly
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out In‑service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT) in accordance with the current edition of the IET Code of Practice.
* Produce results that meet the requirements and quality standards of clients and external accrediting bodies.
* Manage appliance testing in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations.
* Liaise with customers to ensure that work is carried out efficiently, to customers’ requirements, whilst limiting disruption to their business.
* Download and submit weekly test results to the PAT team at Head Office.
* Organise own time efficiently and maintain a reliable time‑keeping record.
* Identify, prevent, or pre‑empt any potential areas for customer dissatisfaction (e.g., arriving late due to traffic) through good route preparation and forward planning.
