We are looking to bring on board a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced team based at our customer site in Darlington, working Monday – Friday.
We need someone who has a passion for speaking to people and is not afraid of juggling various tasks at any one time. If this sounds like something for you, then read on!
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re offering a salary of £26,228. Additionally, we provide 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with options to buy additional days. You’ll have access to high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Proactively prevent issues and, when they arise, find innovative solutions to maintain high service levels
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding deliveries
* Take inbound calls from customers and drivers
* Monitor inbound and outbound call logs
* Perform various office-based duties
What you need to succeed at XPO:
* Experience in distribution and warehouse customer service environments
* Honest, reliable, flexible, and focused
* Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
