Job Title: Specialist Foster Carer (Ideal for Nannies & Childminders)
Salary: £50,000 annual support package + additional allowances (see below)

Foster Wales Flintshire is looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals near Haslingden and Rossendale to become foster carers for children and young people who are already settled in their communities but need stability, guidance, and care to continue thriving.
Your childcare experience makes you ideally placed to make a lasting impact on a young persons life.
This role focuses on supporting young people aged 11-18 as they move from residential care or other high-support environments into a family setting. These young people may have faced challenges in the past but are ready to grow, learn, and thrive with consistency and care.
Youll welcome a child or young person into your home, supporting them full-time as part of your family - with training, supervision, and professional guidance provided every step of the way.
Were Looking For Individuals or Couples Who:
* Have experience as a nanny, childminder, or in early years / childcare settings
* Can offer a full-time, stable, and nurturing home environment
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Are open to training, teamwork, and ongoing professional development
* Ideally dont have children under 16 living at home (but each case is considered individually)
Financial Support:
* £Weekly fostering allowance up to £258.79 (approx. £Additional allowances (up to £1,035) for birthdays, holidays and Christmas
Personal support from a Foster Wales Flintshire team member
