Role Responsibilities:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with driving sales growth and enhancing key customer relationships across Southern England and Wales. Concentrating on pipeline development and account management, you will establish the company as the preferred supplier for specialist construction systems and materials by utilising exceptional products and technical support to convert opportunities into sales.
Key duties include:
* Update CRM database, tracking sales activity and reporting progress
* Provide competitor feedback, collaborate with internal teams
* Build relationships, deliver customer service and technical support
* Support product development, customer training, marketing initiatives
* Develop and convert new business leads into long-term customers
* Grow and maintain a strong client base, meet sales targets and KPIs
About You:
To be considered for the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will need:
* Experience in a relevant sales and account management role
* Possession of a full, valid UK driving licence
* Self-motivation, with the capability to work independently and as part of a team
* High levels of commercial acumen and numeracy
* Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
* Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent sales performance
* Ability to present and communicate at all levels confidently
