A period of sustained growth across my client’s European eCommerce division has created a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Amazon specialist to step into a high-impact commercial role. As the business continues to scale its Amazon EU operations, they are investing in analytical, ambitious talent to support the acceleration of major personal care brands across key marketplaces.

The Amazon Account Manager will join a collaborative, well-supported eCommerce team, taking ownership of day-to-day trading performance and shaping category growth across multiple Amazon EU markets.
The Role
The Amazon Account Manager will manage the daily trading activity of Amazon EU marketplaces, driving sales, profitability, and brand visibility across a portfolio of category-leading brands. The Amazon Account Manager will optimise listings, coordinate promotional activity, analyse performance data, and contribute to EU-wide trading initiatives. The Amazon Account Manager will also partner cross-functionally with supply chain, media, and marketing teams to ensure commercial excellence, while supporting senior leadership with reporting and insight.
The Amazon Account Manager will
* Take full ownership of trading performance across key Amazon EU markets, meeting sales, margin, and profitability objectives.
* Deliver the trading calendar, managing key events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal activations.
* Set up and execute deals, coupons, vouchers, Subscribe & Save and other promotional levers.
* Optimise listings (titles, bullets, visuals, keywords, A+ content, storefronts) to enhance visibility and conversion.
* Monitor Buy Box, troubleshoot issues, and resolve suppressed ASINs or compliance flags promptly.
Essential Skills
The Amazon Account Manager will bring:
* 1st Class hands-on experience trading on Amazon (Vendor Central essential).
* A strong commercial mindset with proven delivery of sales and margin targets.
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence using Retail Analytics, Brand Analytics and SQP.
* Experience executing trading levers including pricing, promotions, availability and content optimisation.
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
Desirable Experience
* FMCG or personal care sector background.
* Experience with multiple EU marketplaces.
* Understanding of PPC/DSP and wider retail media.
* Additional marketplace experience (eBay, Zalando, Allegro etc.).
