You must be an academic high flyer, with a 1st class or 2.1 MEng from a top level red brick University, and A's and B's at A level. You need to have some years of experience of working in a structural design practice and ideally be working towards Chartered status. Your CV must demonstrate a passion for architecturally led buildings design work and a desire to work with top architects providing highly technical and innovative structural solutions. You must also be able to liaise with people so excellent communication skills are essential. The practice is a well established consultancy with just under 15 staff, so teamworking and the ability to get on well in a design led environment is key.
