We are seeking a personable and skilled FB Supervisor to join our team. As a FB Supervisor you will be responsible for serving Food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that each experience is memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a busy environment with ease. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy interacting with guests, and be enthusiastic about crafting signature cocktails.
Objectives of this role
* Act as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests while providing exceptional service
What You'll Do:
* Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a top-tier dining experience.
* Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
* Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
* Assist with banquet events, conferences, and catering services.
* Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service operations.
* Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not required).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities
* Interact with guests, taking orders and answering any questions about the FB menu
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and equipment
* Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
* Upsell drink specials and hotel packages when appropriate
* Communicate effectively with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
