Specification Sales Manager, London and surrounding areas
This exciting opportunity will suit an active networker who develops long-lasting relationships through solution finding, customer service, and “getting in the mix” within the commercial fabric industry.
The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude to implement the territory's strategic plan through excellent customer service, people, and sales skills.
* Territory – London area
* Core hours of work are: 35 hours per week between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, however, some flexibility is expected to fulfil elements of the role associated with networking and corporate events
* Specification sales to interior designers, soft furnishing contractors and end users.
* Relationship building and lead generation through architects, designers, contractors and other B2B customers in the hospitality and high-end residential sectors.
* To promote the brand, advocating and delivering customer excellence through strategic customer relationships, commercial contract negotiation and effective sales process
* Positive and constructive liaison with/ through internal stakeholders.
* Events participation, planning, CPD’s, lunch and learn
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate their experience in relation to the above, as well as the following,
* Business Development within the A&D, Contract specification, and furnishing contractors. With an understanding of the complexities associated with this route to sale
* Passion for design and interiors, articulate and well presented to mirror the brand and image of the company.
* Fabric experience desired
* Ability to interact collaboratively and positively with internal stakeholder support functions.
* Digital/ IT skills – use of CRM.
