This role is ideal for an organised, creative, and detail‐oriented marketer who enjoys coordinating projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and bringing campaigns to life.You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Project CoordinationSupport the planning and delivery of multi‐channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events).Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders.Track campaign progress and report on performance against objectives.Content & CommunicationsAssist with the creation and distribution of marketing content (website, social media, email, brochures, presentations).Ensure content is accurate, on brand, and aligned with messaging guidelines.Manage updates to marketing materials and internal marketing libraries.Digital & Social MediaSchedule and publish social media posts across agreed platforms.Monitor engagement and assist with performance reporting.Support website updates and CMS content uploads where required.Events & Employer/Brand ActivitySupport the coordination of events, webinars, and internal initiatives.Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal teams as needed.Assist with post‐event communications and reporting.Reporting & AdministrationMaintain marketing trackers, budgets, and campaign documentation.Gather data and produce regular reports on marketing activity.Support day‐to‐day marketing administration and process improvements.Skills & ExperienceEssentialExperience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Confidence working with multiple stakeholders.DesirableExperience with digital marketing tools (e.g. CMS, email platforms, social media schedulers).Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.Experience supporting events or employer/brand initiatives.Marketing qualification or relevant degree.Share this job:* Share Marketing Coordinator with a friend via e-mail## Join our Talent CommunityKeep up to date with exciting career opportunities and the latest news.
