Temp All Staffing is delighted to recruit on behalf of a leading specialist manufacturer and installer of bespoke architectural products. Our client provides high-quality, compliant engineering solutions across commercial, residential, and public sector projects, priding themselves on exceptional craftsmanship, safety, and tailored delivery.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate pricing for bespoke manufacturing projects and manage multiple tender submissions, collaborating closely with internal teams, designers, and clients.

Hours
4. Monday to Friday, standard office hours (early afternoon finish on Fridays depending on schedule).
The Role
5. Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and site information.
6. Liaise with the procurement department to secure accurate material pricing and lead times.
7. Coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
8. Review tender, construction, and design documentation to issue revised quotations.
9. Manage a weekly personal quotation log and handle multiple enquiries to meet strict deadlines.
10. Identify value engineering (VE) opportunities to maximize bid competitiveness.
11. Attend pre-project and tender meetings as required.
12. Stay updated on relevant industry certifications and technical compliance standards.
Your Experience/ Requirements
13. Consult with internal technical and project management teams to resolve design issues.
14. Complete order handovers and track enquiries on internal systems.
15. Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
16. Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
17. Technical proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings.
18. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
19. Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety compliance, or specialist manufacturing (beneficial but not essential).
