Personal Assistant and Executive Support
We have an exciting vacancy for the role of Chairman’s Personal Assistant (PA) and Senior Executive Support. This role provides high‑level administrative and organisational support to the Chairman and senior leadership team, combining traditional PA duties with responsibility for compliance monitoring, insurance administration and other ad‑hoc tasks.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the Chairman and senior leadership team.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure timely follow‑up on action points with other senior leaders within the business.
* Handle confidential correspondence and maintain utmost discretion.
* Act as the first point of contact for colleagues and departments, liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman and other senior leaders.
* Manage Employers Liability and other insurance documentation; liaise with senior leadership, brokers and insurers to maintain adequate cover, collate information for the annual renewal process and maintain accurate records of policies and claims.
* Liaise between the business and solicitors regarding matters requiring executive signatures.
* Assist with the running of the Founders personal charity trust and the company’s charitable trust, ensuring all donations and correspondence are kept up to date.
* Provide personal ad‑hoc duties for the senior leadership team.
* This role is full time, Monday to Friday, based in Manchester, Openshaw office.

* Process‑driven with strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
>Knowledge of compliance frameworks and insurance processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tune into the different needs of individual stakeholders.
* High level of discretion and integrity.
* Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
* Well‑presented and approachable, with a confident attitude and good attention to detail.
* Work independently, building relationships with others.
