We’re looking for a skilled Third-Party Oversight Specialist to strengthen procurement and supplier governance capabilities within a fast-paced, regulated financial services business.
This is a 6-month temporary assignment.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring third-party management processes meet regulatory standards, align with risk appetite, and enable the business to grow responsibly through external partnerships.
Your key responsibilities:
* Enhance and maintain the Supplier Management Framework in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
* Provide expert support on supplier risk, governance, and assurance to procurement teams and business stakeholders.
* Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., outsourcing, third-party risk) and assess their impact on procurement activity.
* Help drive policy compliance across the supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
* Produce actionable reporting and insights on supplier risk and performance.
* Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing to upskill teams on third-party oversight.
What you’ll bring:
* Strong understanding of procurement within a regulated environment
* Experience working in a regulated environment, particularly in financial services or banking
* Strong understanding of risk management, third-party governance, and assurance processes
* Experience with supplier risk and compliance frameworks
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work across functions and influence best practice
* Knowledge of financial services regulations
