Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager - NorwichSalary: £44,000 - £54,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone with strong audit experience who enjoys leading engagements, building client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations
* Managing and developing client relationships
* Supervising and supporting junior members of the audit team
* Reviewing audit files and delivering constructive feedback
* Working closely with senior management on complex audit and reporting matters
Skills & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Minimum of four years' experience in a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of audit principles and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
