Overview
We’re looking for a Process Checker to join our team at our site in Wednesbury.
Working Hours
4 on 4 off 05.30 to 18.00
Responsibilities
* Carrying out finished product weight checks against a scheduled frequency to ensure legal compliance
* Carrying out label checks against a scheduled frequency to ensure legal compliance
* Setting up printers including date coding on pack, correctly for each product run, against customer guidelines
* Maintain traceability of ingredients, raw material and finished product to ensure product due diligence
* Stock control enforcement, including managing fixed and WIP stock, reviewing paperwork and identifying any close to use by and out of use by material, to report to Section Manager
* Carrying out product temperature checks against a scheduled frequency to ensure legal compliance and due diligence
* Check QUID values against declared, on a scheduled frequency to ensure legal compliance
* Record all rework reasons for report produced by Production Manager
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
* A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
* The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
* Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude to tasks
* Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
