About the Role
You may be supporting pupils with needs such as:
* Autism (ASC)
* SEMH
* Speech, language and communication needs
* Learning and cognitive difficulties
Your day‑to‑day support could include:
* 1:1 and small‑group intervention
* Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
* Adapting tasks to meet individual learning needs
* Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff

* Has experience in SEN or specialist classroom support
