Role: Sales Director - Fire Solutions
Location: Hybrid, with office base near Oxfordshire

My client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the growth strategy for a leading Fire Solutions division. This role requires a proven sales leader with strong commercial acumen and the ability to inspire and manage a geographically dispersed sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and deliver the sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin growth.
Lead and mentor sales teams, ensuring high performance and clear accountability.
Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships, representing the business at senior level.
Oversee bids, pricing, and negotiations, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
Work closely with operations teams to align sales with delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven track record of sales leadership in the fire safety, FM or building services sectors.
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing complex sales cycles.
Ability to lead, motivate and manage sales professionals across multiple regions.
Knowledge of fire protection systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
