Rate: £17 per hour for self employed or £13.21 for employed
Hours: 8 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Note: A client in the Market Harborough area requires support to access the community and increase their independence.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to help the client develop independence skills and build confidence
* Support with setting goals and discussing the steps required to reach these goals
* Assist with accessing community activities
* Support to build a daily/weekly routine
* Sometimes assist with applying cream and putting on socks
* Transport the client to places of interest; must have own vehicle and a full, clean driving licence
* 2 x four hour sessions per week (8 hours total), days and times to be mutually agreed
Client Information (as provided)
The client has two dogs, one of which is an assistance dog, and a rabbit. The client enjoys swimming, crafts, walking (when able), singing and comedy. The client values laughter as a form of medicine.
The client has the following health and personal considerations: segmental peripheral neuralgia; hepatic fibrosis; obsessive-compulsive disorder; poor mobility; emotionally unstable personality disorder; anxiety disorder linked to medication; subclinical hypothyroidism; reticulocytosis; obstructive sleep apnoea; post traumatic stress disorder; type 2 diabetes mellitus; gastroesophageal reflux disease; vitamin B12 deficiency; obesity; autism assessment ongoing.
