Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly? Our Planning & Resource Team (PRT) is at the heart of bringing new schemes from contract engagement through to full operation, overseeing everything from equipment commissioning to ongoing maintenance and scheme setup.
We're looking for a dedicated Planning Coordinator to support this busy team and ensure all administrative and clerical tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Reporting to the Senior Planning & Resource Team Leader, you'll be a vital point of contact for colleagues, clients, and residents, helping to keep projects on track and our service running seamlessly.
In this role, you'll support day‑to‑day office needs, manage key communication channels, and coordinate essential scheduling and reporting activities that underpin our operational success.
Location and working hours:
* Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
* Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day between 08:00 – 20:00.
* Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD)
Required skills and attributes:
* Planning and scheduling experience is essential
* Proven experience as an office administrative assistant
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Office. Specifically operating at a minimum level of intermediate Excel skills, and comfortable using Outlook, Word and Teams.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
