We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join a high-performing, global Insurance company initially on a 12 month FTC with potential longer term. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives at the centre of HR activity in a fast pace environment. You will support the delivery of the end to end employee lifecycle, working closely with centres of excellence, and the business providing advice on people matters and delivering on key projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of people programmes and initiatives across areas such as performance management, employee engagement, talent development, retention and internal communications
2. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, absence management, family leave, flexible working, global mobility and offboarding
3. Provide support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, conduct, performance and absence cases, escalating where appropriate
4. Produce HR data, metrics and insights to support decision-making
5. Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with best practice
6. Support processes across the talent lifecycle, including promotions, workforce planning and annual reward cycles
