Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
* Lead & Coordinate: Manage complex diaries, travel, and logistics with precision and foresight.
* Facilitate & Communicate: Draft correspondence, prepare materials, and ensure timely responses on behalf of the BU Leader.
* Organise & Deliver: Plan and execute business events, meetings, and forums, ensuring impactful outcomes.
* Support & Enable: Provide confidential administrative support, mentor other Executive Assistants, and cover peers where required.
* Streamline & Prioritise: Identify priorities, manage workflows, and act as a trusted gatekeeper.
* Collaborate & Connect: Build strong relationships across CGI and with external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
* Several years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
* Strong Microsoft Office and business administration skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex diaries, travel, and stakeholder communications.
* Experience coordinating large events and producing professional materials.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, organised, and flexible approach with strong problem-solving ability.
* Understanding of CGI systems or similar enterprise tools (advantageous).
* High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
