Job Description Vacancy: SALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Lettings Agency Location: Banstead, SM 7 Salary: £30k Position: Permanent – Full Time A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market leading independent Estate Agency with offices in the Banstead area: our client requires a full-time Sales Progressor to support their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales. This is a perfect role for a candidate with superb estate agency skills but who is keen to have weekends off: The hours are Monday to Friday and the role is office based so no car is required. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven : you must have previous experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process. You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.
