Senior Vehicle Technician
Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 + £500 sign-on bonus after 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (no weekends)

We're now looking for a Senior Vehicle Technician - someone with strong technical ability who takes pride in doing the job right, and who enjoys helping others reach that same standard.
About the Role
This is more than just a technician job. As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you'll be part of a forward-thinking and unified team where your role is both hands-on and people-focused:
* Undertaking diagnostics, servicing and repairs to a high standard.
* Leading by example - setting the tone with your quality of work and professionalism.
* Supporting and coaching junior and mid-level technicians as part of your day-to-day work.
* Sharing your knowledge in a structured way, not just informally and ad-hoc.
* Maintaining your own performance and efficiency targets while contributing to the wider success of the team.

* An experienced and professional Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who is looking for that step into a Senior Vehicle Technician role.
* Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to help others succeed.

* A team player who can maintain strong individual efficiency while still making time for others.
