We're looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Operations department on a permanent basis at our Edinburgh office. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the continued development and growth of our firm. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain a first-class workplace, deliver exceptional client care, and uphold professional service standards.
Due to the nature of the role, flexibility will be required in terms of duties and working hours.

What you'll be doing:
* Assist with the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of office operations
* Maintain and order office supplies and equipment
* Support new employee onboarding including office inductions
* Organise and oversee office meetings and events
* Act as the primary contact for facilities issues
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar position e.g. office support, facilities management, front of house
* Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication skills
* Good awareness of health and safety standards
* Proactive approach
