LCR International is a specialist retained executive search firm operating exclusively within the international fresh produce industry.
Think about the fresh fruit and vegetables you see on supermarket shelves every day, from berries and avocados to grapes and citrus. Behind those products are large, complex global businesses responsible for growing, packing and distributing them worldwide.
Our clients range from international farming operations and export businesses through to investment-backed platforms, and we help them hire the senior leaders responsible for running and scaling those organisations.
We have executed searches across 22 countries internationally and work with clients throughout Europe, the United States, Latin America, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
Alongside executive search, we also deliver competitor and market mapping projects, compensation and benefits benchmarking studies, organisational and succession insight work and strategic talent advisory support.

You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with our Head of Delivery and research team, gaining hands-on experience in both business development and executive search.

The Role
The primary focus of this role is lead generation and commercial opportunity creation.
You will build relationships across the global fresh produce industry, speaking with senior professionals, identifying opportunities and generating qualified meetings that can convert into retained executive search mandates.
The role operates within a performance-driven environment, working towards targets around meetings generated, outreach activity and contribution to commercial pipeline and revenue.
Over time, strong performers will have the opportunity to develop into a full search consultant role, learning how retained executive mandates are won and eventually leading assignments themselves.
