HR Partnering Experience: Proven experience within a People Partnering role, bringing broad People Generalist experience spanning ER, Talent Acquisition, L&D,
* and engagement.Operational Translator: The ability to translate operational goals into tangible HR strategies needed to achieve successful b
* usiness results.Strong Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional communication skills across all employee levels, with the ability to build constructive relationships, network, and negotiate based
* on sound logic.Analytical Mindset: Problem-solving and analytical capability, using business KPIs and HR systems to drive
* recommendations.Flexibility & Mobility: A flexible approach to working hours to support a 24/7 operation, a full current driving licence (no more than 3 points), and the ab
ility to travel.
Note: CIPD qualification is required for this role. Please note you must be able to travel across Wimbledon/Merton/Weybridge/Walthamstow/Crawley to attend sites
on a weekly basis.
