About the Role We are seeking a caring and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Your primary responsibility will be to provide consistent, attentive support throughout the morning, enabling the pupil to access learning confidently and safely.
