Job Title: Billing Administrator
We are 4Com, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.
Location: This role is office-based in Bournemouth.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the billing team leader with setting up new customer bills.
* Work closely with other departments and team members daily.
* Ensure issues are resolved promptly, managing customer expectations and delivering excellent customer service.
* Input customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system.
* Handle customer queries related to bills.
* Manage the monthly billing process.
* Escalate complaints efficiently to the Team Leader.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in customer service and administration.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Experience with complaints or customer retention is advantageous.
* Organised with proficient written and verbal communication skills.
