We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Land & Partnership Manager to join our Development team.
Reporting to the Director of Land & Partnership, you will be required to deliver business plan targets set by the Head of Land & Partnerships and work with colleagues in other functions and with all Land & Partnerships staff to deliver development projects by acquiring a portfolio of high-quality mix use residential led projects. This will be achieved by securing land led, package deal, S106 or Joint Venture opportunities.
You will have a strong background in working with local authorities, developers, promotors, agents and landowners and be able to develop and maintain a clear understanding of all affordable housing products and requirements. This includes grant, planning, product value and growth potential, as well as more specific in-house and regulatory affordable housing compliance requirements.
