Open to both full-time and part-time Occupational Health Advisors (OHAs)!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Assess employee functionality and produce quality reports within the allocated timeframe.
* Provide advice and support to employers on complex matters to facilitate employee rehabilitation after sick leave.
* Ensure the delivery of Occupational Health services and coordinate administrative processes accordingly.
* Complete the full range of services including medical information calls, management referrals, advice calls, ad hoc advice, Work Health Assessment reviews, follow-up calls, and report triage.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Either a specialist degree or a Diploma in Occupational Health.
* Current Licence (preferably Part 3 of Register) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Current practice in Occupational Health.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, especially before annual leave.
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT skills.
* Experience working towards KPIs and SLAs.
* Ability to work effectively within a busy team.
* Experience with Occupational Health referrals across various organizations.
