Overview
TALENTED NIGHTLIFE PHOTOGRAPHER WANTED – MAGHERAFELT. EXPERIENCED NIGHTLIFE PHOTOGRAPHER REQUIRED TO SERVICE REGULAR SESSIONS AT A PRESTIGIOUS MAGHERAFELT NIGHTSPOT.
Frequency: A minimum of 4 shoots per calendar month. Shifts are typically 2–3 hours; Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays between 8:00 pm & 3:00 am.
Note: There are no sales involved and this is not a commission-based post.
Compensation: Rates of pay range from £35.00 (1 hour minimum session) to £110.00 (6 hour session), with higher rates on occasion (e.g., red carpet & special events).
Delivery & Support: Delivery is required by 15:00 hrs the following day. This is a freelance (non-contract) position. Creative guidance & technical support are available on request.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional nightlife photography services for regular sessions at the designated venue.
* Generate a high shot-count and efficiently edit and upload images to the website.
* Ensure timely delivery of final images by the 15:00 next-day deadline.
* Operate as a freelance photographer with the ability to work without on-site supervision.
Qualifications
* Previous nightlife/club photography experience (samples required) – Essential.
* A high-end digital SLR with a dedicated external flash – Essential.
* Interchangeable lenses: (1) a standard portrait/zoom lens; (2) a wide-angle lens – Essential.
* Access to a computer for off-site editing & a broadband connection for uploads – Essential.
* Comprehensive knowledge of digital editing software (Photoshop or Lightroom) – Essential.
* Access to a motor vehicle – Preferable.
* Own public liability insurance (min £3M cover) – Preferable.
* Confidence, reliability and the ability to consistently perform at a high standard.
