They are now looking to recruit a National Health & Safety Manager to lead all H&S matters across their UK operations. You’ll ensure policies, procedures, training, and systems are in place and followed, driving a culture of safety while providing pragmatic, commercially-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage all aspects of Health & Safety across UK operations
2. Develop, maintain, and implement H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments
3. Work closely with leadership and regional teams to embed best practice and compliance
4. Chair the UK Health & Safety Committee, analysing trends and reporting to senior leadership
