Job Description Deputy Nursery Manager Salary: Up to £31,000 40 Hours per week As our client’s Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll play an important role in leading an Ofsted Outstanding setting, working alongside a passionate team to deliver high-quality early years care. What We’re Looking For Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher (required). Experience as a Deputy Manager, Room Leader or Third In Charge within early years. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures. Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities. A genuine passion for supporting children’s development in a nurturing, well-resourced setting. Key Responsibilities Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting. Lead and mentor staff to deliver inspiring, child-centred learning experiences. Maintain exceptional standards of safeguarding, compliance and EYFS practice. Build warm, positive partnerships with families and carers.
