We are currently looking to recruit experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants.
The Person:
The following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role:
1. NVQ Level 3 is essential
2. Transferrable DBS Certificate is preferable but not essential
3. experience working within a care home environment as a Senior care assistant is essential
4. You MUST be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to perform well in this role
5. To possess good manners and a flexible approach
6. Ability to communicate effectively
7. Ability to be patient & keep calm under pressure
8. Easily adaptable to new environments
9. Reliable & trustworthy
10. Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential
