What you will do
* Conduct assessments of patients’ physical, social, psychological, and environmental needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless patient care.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy goals as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and strategies for ongoing care.
Requirements for the Occupational Therapist
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy is essential.
* Must have recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the NHS.
* Registration with the HCPC is required, showcasing your professional credibility and commitment.
