Primary Teaching Assistant Horsham, West Sussex
Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to support the learning and development of primary school students? Randstad Education is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to work in excellent schools across Horsham, West Sussex.
About The Role
As a key member of the school community, youll work alongside experienced teachers to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Your role will involve providing crucial support to pupils through one:on:one assistance, small group guidance, and helping with various classroom activities. This is a full:time, term:time:only position with a competitive salary based on your experience.

Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
Provide targeted assistance to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment.
Prepare teaching materials and resources.
Requirements
Prior experience working with children, ideally in a primary school.
A patient, caring, and supportive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children (an enhanced DBS check is required).
