This leading main contractor have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work in Berkshire on a temp to perm contract.
Our client is working on 600 unit project and they need a capable Surveyor, assisting the project with a team of surveyors currently working on the project reporting into the commercial manager.
For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the hotel, commercial, or residential sector, for either tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
