This role plays a pivotal part in elevating our marketing effectiveness by bridging strategy and execution across media, digital, and brand communications. It will be responsible for supporting the Head of Media & Digital and partnering with brand, shopper, and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, fully integrated, and aligned with growth objectives. By fostering strong agency relationships, streamlining channel mix decisions, and leveraging consumer insights, the role will champion a full-funnel, consumer-centric approach. It will also lead initiatives to centralize digital asset management, roll out CRM and website platforms, and embed best practices across teams—driving consistency, efficiency, and a culture of learning that enhances return on investment and brand authenticity. What will be your key deliverables? Partner with the Head of Media & Digital and brand teams to foster strong agency relationships that drive media strategy and growth, ensuring efficient media buying and optimal channel mix selection across campaigns. Collaborate with brand, shopper, and eCommerce teams to deliver full-funnel, consumer-centric communication plans aligned to clear objectives, key messages, and commercial goals. Lead the integration of consumer insights from CMI and external partners to inform strategies, ensure robust measurement frameworks are in place, and use test-and-learn findings to optimise communications. Oversee the execution and alignment of CRM, websites, and owned social content to brand objectives, supporting content creation, campaign planning, and platform performance across digital touchpoints. Facilitate cross-functional learning by coordinating resources, driving media and digital capability building, and cascading global best practices across functions and partners. Champion consistent ways of working—particularly in talent and external partner engagement—while leading the implementation of a centralised digital asset management system to streamline workflows and ensure compliance Bring your experience. Essential Proven experience planning and executing integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape, including emerging platforms and content trends. Skilled project manager and communicator with experience managing media and communications agencies. Consumer-first mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable opportunities. Confident influencing stakeholders at all levels and working cross-functionally. Agile, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about brand building and growth. Demonstrated ability to lead agencies and maximise ROI. Innovative thinker with a track record of media-first and future-focused initiatives. Experience working across the full consumer journey and all major touchpoints. Desirable Experience in the FMCG or food industry. Budget management experience. Strong analytical skills and data fluency. What will the interview process be? 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences. 2nd stage interview – 60 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview. pladis does also use both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process.
