* Managing recruiting budgets for platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
* Utilizing data and reports to drive recruitment decisions and team accountability
* Creating a high-performing, goal-driven culture within the recruiting team
* Partnering with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* 2+ years of experience leading and holding a recruiting team accountable for metrics
* Strong ability to interpret and utilize recruiting data for decision-making
