What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the South East, specifically for a major project in Essex
* Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance
* Working across both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases
* Producing cost estimates, forecasts and reports that drive decision‑making
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors

Discipline: Consultancy Quantity Surveying (RICS Accredited)
Department: Commercial Funding & Finance (Programmes & Advisory)
Here’s What You’ll Need
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience
* Consultant level experience (not a fresh graduate) with experience in highways
* Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract estimating
* Exposure to consultancy environments or a mix of consultancy and contractor experience
* Understanding of cost intelligence and data‑driven cost management
* A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, question, and grow
* South East based (Essex or National Highways Schemes)
