We believe that every detail matters—from crisp sheets to fluffy towels. As a Linen Porter, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures our guests enjoy the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Linen Management: Collect, sort, and distribute clean linen to various departments including housekeeping and spa.
2. Stock Control: Monitor linen levels and report shortages or damages to ensure smooth operations.
3. Deliveries & Returns: Handle incoming deliveries and returns to the laundry service with care and efficiency.
4. Organisation: Keep the linen room tidy, well-stocked, and organised at all times.
5. Team Support: Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to meet daily linen needs and respond to requests promptly.

Ideal Candidate
23. A reliable and hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail.
24. Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving linen bags and trolleys.
25. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
26. Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus—but not essential. We’ll provide full training!
