A client of ours in the Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool area are recruiting a Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position for 3 months, working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and paying £12.21 per hour. Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to: * Coordinating and administering internal and external training courses. * Supporting engineer inductions, development programmes, and accredited training. * Managing and maintaining training records, schedules, and databases. * Handling the return, dispatch, and calibration tracking of testing equipment. * Acting as a point of contact for engineers, trainers, and manufacturers, ensuring smooth training operations. Skills and experience required to be considered for this role: * Previous experience in an administrative or training coordination role. * Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills with a professional, proactive approach. * Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintaining accurate records. * A team player with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
