In order to strengthen our team, we are seeking a Finance Administrator:
Mission
We have great products to sell, and we need a great
administrator
to support us to do this. You'll be working with cross-functional teams to provide seamless administration.
* Maintaining, reviewing and reconciling financial records (we use open accounts)
* Identifying discrepancies or inaccuracies
* Processing bank deposits, payments and reimbursements
* Contacting customers to ensure timely payments
* Reporting on the status of accounts payable and receivable
* Generating and maintaining operations administration (we use Radius) for deliveries, stock and production planning workflows
* Recommending improvements to maintain integrity, consistency and quality.
Profil
Your are:
* Experienced and successful in finance administration
* Rigourous, precise and have an analytical mind
* Comfortable and confident using IT tools and systems
* Excellent at managing your priorities
* Attentive to deadlines
* Confidentiality at all times
* Someone with a positive, can do attitude finding solutions to challenges
We offer you
* 36 hours per week full time
* A six-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position following a positive evaluation.
