This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Technician or Architectural Technician with proven experience in the architecture or construction sector and who is confident using Revit, Navisworks and other BIM software. Package: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE Private Health Care (after probation) Generous Additional Annual Leave Hybrid working (1 day per week from home 5 “work from anywhere” days) Cycle to Work & Season Ticket Loan schemes Personal training budget, CPDs, Lunch & Learn sessions Complimentary breakfast, snacks & weekly social drinks B-Corp certified practice Office: West End, London Hours: Full-time (9:30am – 6:00pm), 37.5 hours per week (flexible start and lunch times) Duties: Support the BIM Manager in implementing digital construction and BIM procedures Manage digital files, templates and drawing documentation Assist with Revit family creation and software standards Provide quality control for BIM output across the studio Help resolve BIM modelling and coordination issues Contribute to clash detection and design coordination meetings Upskill and support junior team members in software use Requirements: Degree or HNC/HND in a construction-related subject Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar BIM Specialist or BIM Technician role Extensive knowledge of Revit (Navisworks and ACC advantageous) Experience using AutoCAD, InDesign, Rhino or Enscape preferred Strong communication and organisation skills Detail-driven with excellent problem-solving ability Collaborative and proactive, with a passion for digital design innovation
