Experience of working in a pub is desirable, but we believe (actually, we know) that we are good trainers and coaches, with the right attitude and of course, that smile.
You will deliver the best hospitality experience Peckham has to offer, providing the best food and drink to our guests with confidence and knowledge, as we will equip you with everything you need. Be ready to learn; we want you to know everything about your pub. But ultimately, we want you to love what you do, interact with our guests, and keep them coming back for more.
