We are the RSPCA, and our vision is to live in a world where all animals are respected and treated with compassion. Our volunteers are essential in helping us carry out our important animal welfare work every day.
Much of our direct animal welfare work is carried out through our branches. These are separately registered charities across England and Wales, run by volunteers dedicated to animal welfare.
This volunteer opportunity is provided by an RSPCA branch, which is a separate registered charity from the RSPCA National Society. Please visit the branch’s website https://www.rspcawoodside.org.uk/ for more information and to view the branch's privacy policy.
Our volunteer receptionists (phones) play a key role in making and receiving calls to our partners and members of the public, as well as liaising with staff and volunteers. They also help with additional tasks that often get overlooked due to time pressures, all contributing to improving animal welfare.
